Richard "Dick" Warren Turnbull Jr. of Wauseon , Ohio peacefully went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 23rd. The last 2 weeks of his life were spent at CHP inpatient Hospice Center in Defiance surrounded by his family, friends and loving wife of 53 years.
